The Tone:

This position plays a critical role in the successful execution of large-scale recruitment projects. It is a delivery-focused position where success is measured by the ability to identify, engage, and deliver high-quality talent at scale, with no business development responsibilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Source: Source, qualify, and interview candidates across a defined talent pool to meet project hiring demands.
• Manage: Build and manage candidate pipelines to support high-volume and time-sensitive delivery requirements.
• Coordinate: Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support: Support offer processes and onboarding to ensure smooth candidate placement outcomes.
• Maintain: Maintain accurate records and track delivery metrics against defined project targets.

• Background: Entry-Level. No prior recruitment or sales experience is needed to succeed in this role.
• Experience: No specific prior recruitment or sales experience is required.
• Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail; reliable and process-driven with comfort working to deadlines; confident communicator who builds trust with candidates; able to manage multiple priorities and high volume.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience preferred.
