The TL;DR

• Mission: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community programs and daily operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Development: Plan and develop community programs and events.
• Material Organization: Organize program materials, schedules, and participant information.
• Event Execution: Support the setup, operation, and breakdown of community events.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate supplies, equipment, and resources needed for programs.
• Participant Engagement: Assist with volunteer and participant check-in, communication, and engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of community program management.
• Experience: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; no specific years required.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn; passion for community engagement and service.
• Bonus: Experience organizing events, volunteer activities, or community programs; familiarity with project management tools; experience working with diverse populations in community settings.
