• Team: Enterprise Database Infrastructure team, reporting to Senior Oracle Applications Architects and DBAs.
• Mission: Supports critical enterprise applications and database environments by ensuring system integrity, security, and compliance.
• Tech Stack: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle, SQL, Linux/Unix.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learning & Development: Actively participate in structured technical training that covers Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), database architectures, and auxiliary systems.
• Monitoring & Health Checks: Assist in daily system monitoring activities, verifying database integrity, reviewing error logs, and ensuring routine backup jobs complete successfully.
• Access Control & Auditing: Help manage user access provisions, role assignments, and password policies in strict accordance with corporate security standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist in maintaining operational runbooks and compiling system logs and evidence required for quarterly SOX compliance audits.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to identify, document, and escalate database performance or connectivity issues under the direct supervision of senior team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing the final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: No prior professional database administration experience is required, but US Citizenship is an absolute mandatory requirement for this position.
• Skills: Possess a strong analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Foundational conceptual knowledge of relational databases (including SQL, schemas, tables, and indexing) and familiarity with basic Linux/Unix command-line operations is a plus.
