• Team: Reports to the Senior Manager within the Chief Accountant’s department.
• Mission: Evaluate business and system changes to ensure accurate financial and regulatory reporting for TD Insurance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Finance Expertise: Serve as the finance subject matter expert for business and system changes impacting TD Insurance.
• Impact Assessment: Collaborate with Finance Operations to assess the impact of changes on existing business-as-usual processes.
• Reporting Guidance: Provide financial and regulatory reporting guidance to delivery leads and project managers on interdependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives, including training, communications, post-implementation planning, and related activities aligned with business strategy.
• Reporting Contribution: Contribute to financial and regulatory reporting activities and provide backup support for monthly responsibilities as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level finance professional with a preference for experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience: 5-10 years of finance experience, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, robust analytical capabilities to interpret and synthesize complex information, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Copilot.
