• Mission: Ensure a development team creates value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner with management: Support the delivery of a product vision and align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, Minimum Marketable Features, and release cadence.
• Manage product backlog: Create, maintain, and continuously re-prioritize a value-focused product backlog, ensuring user stories are scoped and prioritized.
• Oversee product delivery: Provide user story design, development, and completion oversight, accepting or rejecting user stories based on the agreed Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement: Review performance analytics, recommend strategies to enhance the customer experience, and express ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency.
• Manage risks and defects: Responsible for defect management, prioritization, and proactive identification and mitigation of risks to protect organizational interests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate, serving as a key subject matter expert with substantial knowledge in a complex field.
• Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a Product Owner or Agile related delivery role.
• Skills: Product backlog creation and management, Agile/Scrum processes, stakeholder alignment and communication, risk and defect management, performance analytics review.
• Bonus: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, project management experience, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications/experience.
