The Must-Haves
• Background: Law students in the JD class of 2028 are invited to apply for this summer law clerk opportunity, specifically within the Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Practice Group. This role is designed for entry-level candidates seeking comprehensive legal experience.
• Experience: This program is specifically for 2Ls. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance and intellectual capability.

• Bonus: Participation in mock trial, moot court, or law journal as a 2L is highly preferred for applicants.
