What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop and execute Deel’s global operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and business objectives.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Process Optimization: Oversee and optimize end-to-end processes for key business functions, including finance, customer success, HR, and sales operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve overall performance.
• Project Management: Manage large-scale operational projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Senior Director. Core domain knowledge in operations management.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and 5 years in people management. Proven success in developing and executing operational strategies in fast high-growth, global organizations, with strong experience managing and optimizing cross-functional operations.
• Skills: Excellent project management skills, high level of analytical skills with a data-driven approach, deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and operational compliance, strong proficiency with AI technologies.
