The Tone:
This is a full-time, remote-eligible role at DaVita Kidney Care, with an option to work from the North Bethesda, MD office. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key part in the company’s expansion and strategic initiatives.

• Pay: $70000–$110000 yearly
• Team: Corporate Development (M&A) team; works closely with Vice President and Transaction Directors
• Mission: Support all development and growth efforts through various transaction types, including acquisitions, joint venture de novos, and divestitures.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build complex Excel valuation models for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Evaluation: Evaluate deals through discounted cash flow analyses and metrics such as IRR and EBITDA multiples.
• Reporting: Create pro forma income and cash flow statements for potential joint ventures.
• Due Diligence: Manage the due diligence process, including leading physical site visits, coordinating with sellers, collecting data, and ensuring appropriate review.
• Presentations: Create presentations and proposals for potential sellers, joint venture partners, senior management, and the board of directors.
• Negotiation: Work closely with Transaction Directors and legal teams in the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field from a top undergraduate program.
• Experience: 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience, with significant direct transaction experience. Investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong finance, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to think and work independently; strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Bonus: Self-starter and problem solver; ability to thrive in a deal environment.
