What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendaring: Maintain and update litigation calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and appearances.
• Case Preparation: Prepare and organize case files for attorneys ahead of court dates and depositions.
• Document Filing: File and serve pleadings, discovery, and other documents through e-filing systems.
• Communication: Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure timely communication.
• Attorney Support: Support attorneys with trial preparation, document review, and last-minute requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma required, with core domain knowledge preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation assistant or legal assistant. Familiarity with litigation procedures, calendaring systems, and statutory deadlines is required.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines; clear and professional written and verbal communication; ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment; tech-savvy with legal management and e-filing platforms.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.
