What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Assist with financial modeling and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.
• Analysis: Analyze property financials, cash flow, cap rates, IRR, and overall investment returns.
• Research: Conduct market research and support due diligence efforts for potential investments.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking: Track portfolio performance and provide ongoing investment analysis support.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in finance, investments, real estate, banking, or accounting, with internships highly encouraged.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within real estate investing.
• Bonus: Preferred exposure or experience with real estate underwriting, DCF analysis, ARGUS, CoStar, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Yardi.
