Financial Analyst, FP&A (Hybrid) | Rewards Network

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management.
• Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Automate and continuously improve models to streamline reporting and planning processes, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency.
• Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and perform ad hoc analysis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and an understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial reporting.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Power Query and SQL, ability to handle large datasets, and a continuous improvement mindset for financial planning processes and tools.
