What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
• Lead change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Establish and run program governance, including operating cadences, working groups, integrated plans, and readiness for launch.
• Drive end-to-end delivery execution across the lifecycle, encompassing planning, build oversight, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. 10+ years of experience in product delivery, with core domain knowledge of payments or core rails and a proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience: 10+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, cross-functional environments, demonstrating strong operational management, change readiness, and a proven track record of continuous improvement in delivery and release management, including deployment strategies.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of Payments and/or Core Rails
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Business analysis and process re-engineering
• Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
