Job Description
Principal Product Manager, Agentic Workflows – Autonomous Vehicle | Nvidia
The Tone:
This is a Principal Manager role at Nvidia, focusing on advanced product management for autonomous vehicle development. Nvidia builds groundbreaking AI technologies and developer tooling for automotive applications. This position is crucial for defining and implementing AI-agent-powered workflows, translating the latest AI capabilities into practical, productized solutions that accelerate how engineering teams build, test, and deploy AV software.
The TL;DR
• Role: Principal Manager
• Type: Full-time
• Location: Undisclosed
• Pay: $240000–$379500 yearly
• Team: NVIDIA’s Automotive Product Management team
• Mission: Define, design, and drive the implementation of AI-agent-powered workflows that accelerate how engineering teams build, test, and deploy AV software.
• Tech Stack: CUDA, TensorRT, Omniverse, Cosmos, Isaac, DRIVE, NIMs, NeMo, OpenClaw, NemoClaw, Hermes, LangChain
What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Product Strategy: Define the product vision, architecture, and roadmap for agentic workflows that support AV development across its entire lifecycle, including data curation, simulation, training, validation, and deployment.
• Design and Implement Workflows: Partner with engineering teams to design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows, precisely specifying the required agents, skills, tools, and orchestration logic for each stage.
• Productize and Enable Adoption: Own the packaging and productization of agents, skills, and workflows to ensure they are discoverable, configurable, and integratable by internal and external developers into their AV development pipelines.
• Prioritize and Synthesize Requirements: Synthesize requirements from AV engineering teams, customers, government regulations, and competitive benchmarking to prioritize and deliver the highest-impact workflow capabilities.
• Drive Execution and Alignment: Drive execution across cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, safety, operations, and integration, through technical engagements, architecture reviews, metric tracking, and sprint-level planning.
The Must-Haves
• Background: BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ML/AI principles and technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience: 15+ years of product management experience spanning both software and hardware platforms, with demonstrated experience defining and shipping AI-powered developer tools, platforms, or workflow automation products.
• Skills: Expertise in ML/AI principles (LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI frameworks like multi-agent orchestration, tool use, RAG), strong technical leadership, exceptional communication skills to drive alignment, and experience with agile software development and modern product requirements/project management tools.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with NVIDIA’s technology stack (CUDA, TensorRT, Omniverse, Cosmos, Isaac, DRIVE, NIMs, or NeMo), experience building agentic AI systems from concept to production, familiarity with OpenClaw, NemoClaw, Hermes, LangChain, or experience deploying AI solutions in regulated or safety-critical production environments.
