What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash flow activities to maintain sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Financial Projections: Prepare and update short-term and long-term cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost modeling and analysis to provide insights into operational expenditures.
• Strategic Data Support: Develop and analyze data specifically to support the organization’s strategic planning initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Initiate and develop enhancements to financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in analytical and/or accounting roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, understanding of financial analysis and cash flow management, familiarity with accounting principles, and a capability for process improvement.
