The Tone:
This is a Hybrid role at Zscaler, located in Santa Clara, CA. Zscaler accelerates digital transformation by providing a Zero Trust Exchange platform that protects thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss. This role is crucial for scaling the Finance function during exponential growth, driving strategic finance transformation, and supporting post-merger integration in a PMO capacity, especially as the company builds an AI-native enterprise.

• Mission: Solve the challenge of scaling Zscaler’s Finance function through strategic transformation initiatives and post-merger integration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Finance Transformation: Manage strategic transformation initiatives in key areas driven by finance, including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Hire to Pay, and Asset Management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various cross-functional stakeholders from Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, GTM, People & Culture, and Legal to drive large transformation initiatives that will build a scalable Finance function.
• System & AI Strategy: Understand the current tech stack and collaborate with IT to implement best-in-class systems and architecture, including AI-enabled transformation strategies, to achieve operational excellence.
• PMO & Roadmapping: Lead the development of leading practice PMO playbooks and artifacts, utilizing them to manage and track progress of transformation initiatives, program plans, RAID logs, and the Transformation Roadmap.
• Financial Planning & Change Management: Develop business cases for large initiatives, track achievements, support benefits realization, manage the transformation budget, and build robust communication strategies and change management efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Manager level, with deep technical knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, demand planning, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury within a corporate environment.
• Experience: 8+ years supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation; proven program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously; demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance daily workflows.
• Skills: Proficiency in PMO and workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow; functional knowledge of enterprise finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake; exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive change and facilitate alignment across cross-functional leadership teams.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the technology or SaaS industry specifically supporting cloud-based service offerings; an AI-first mindset with the ability to build and implement end-to-end AI-enabled processes; demonstrated success in leading large-scale finance technology rationalization and system implementation projects.
