What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner directly with Project Managers to review job costs and project performance.
• Lead regular project status conversations across active jobs in your region.
• Monitor financial health of projects, including cost tracking, WIP accuracy, and forecast validation.
• Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition by ensuring completion levels reflect actual performance.
• Coordinate project close-out activities, including purchase order closure, documentation, and system updates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Early-career professional with experience in construction project accounting or project finance.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction project accounting or project finance. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP.
• Skills: Strong understanding of WIP accounting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition. Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables. Analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions. Clear communication for building relationships with Operations. Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple active projects.
• Bonus: Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
