What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Guidance: Lead initiatives to identify and address strategic issues and opportunities that can influence the organization’s growth and profitability.
• M&A Execution: Play a pivotal role in the research, analysis, and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Process Innovation: Innovate and enhance business processes to meet organizational goals, reducing costs, defects, and rework while maximizing quality.
• Data Analysis: Conduct multifaceted data research and analysis to support streamlined and effective business operations.
• Improvement Advocacy: Implement organization-wide process improvements, championing best practices and advocating for novel methods that upgrade product and service quality.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, preparing for a Manager-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business strategy and development, ideally within the beverage or FMCG sectors, with adeptness in negotiating and managing strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Skills: Business Process Improvements, Change Management, Data Research, Strategic Analysis, Agile Methodology.
• Bonus: MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred.
