• Mission: This person is responsible for leading, optimizing, and transforming end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to achieve efficiency, cost reduction, and customer obsession.
• Tech Stack: SAP – WMS, PP, MM, SD, Microsoft Office applications

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, overseeing demand planning, materials planning, procurement, warehouse management, and transportation.
• Strategic Planning: Drive the development and implementation of Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) processes and design comprehensive supply chain concepts to achieve operational excellence and customer obsession.
• Team Development & Efficiency: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, continuously assessing and enhancing supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational alignment and business growth, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks using data analytics.
• Cost & Quality Management: Budget, plan, and control logistics costs aligned with global objectives, while defining and establishing the Logistics quality management system to address deviations and foster a quality mindset within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years experience in supply chain management with leadership roles in Planning, Procurement, and warehouse teams (Inbound and Outbound).
• Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP (WMS, PP, MM, SD) and Microsoft Office applications, strong problem-solving ability, excellent leadership and communication skills, and expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and data analytics.
