What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Systematically build and diligently maintain complex financial models to accurately perform comprehensive analyses under a variety of different operating scenarios, thereby providing crucial insights for strategic decision-making in investment and acquisition contexts.
• Due Diligence & Analysis: Conduct thorough and in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence, coupled with rigorous analysis, specifically pertaining to new business development opportunities, potential investments, and strategic acquisitions the bank is considering or advising on.
• Senior Banker Collaboration: Work directly and proactively in close collaboration with senior investment bankers, ensuring all transaction processes are executed promptly and effectively from inception through to successful completion, fostering strong working relationships.
• Deal & Project Execution Support: Provide essential assistance in the day-to-day operational aspects and overall project management for ongoing deal execution, playing a hands-on role in moving transactions forward efficiently.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Actively analyze current market trends and conduct extensive market research to identify emerging opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and inform strategic recommendations presented to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This opportunity is tailored for an experienced professional within the investment banking sector, specifically at the Associate or Vice President level, demonstrating a robust understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and transaction advisory services.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience is required, with particular emphasis on a strong and demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, which is crucial for the analytical demands of this role.
