What You’ll Actually Do
Assignment Management: Take ownership of complex assignments across diverse legal areas, including criminal, civil, probate, juvenile, and appeals, collaborating with judges, attorneys, and the public.
Document Processing: Review and accurately process critical legal documents, ensuring adherence to established procedures and legal requirements.
Calendar Management: Prepare and meticulously manage court calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient flow of court proceedings.
Legal Issuance: Issue writs and warrants as required, contributing to the legal enforcement and administrative processes of the court.
Courtroom Support: Provide essential support for courtroom operations during hearings and trials, including coordinating jury services and handling specialized filings, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

The Must-Haves
Background: Advanced journey-level career requiring United States citizenship. Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, OR an Associate’s degree (or equivalent 60 semester/90 quarter units) from an accredited college.
Experience: Requires either three years of experience in a business environment (if possessing a high school diploma/GED) or one year of experience in a business environment (if possessing an Associate’s degree). This experience must include general administrative, clerical, or retail duties, providing customer service, handling cash, and utilizing basic computer skills.
Skills: Customer service, cash handling, basic computer proficiency, strong detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
