This position is crucial for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making within a growing team. By providing accurate financial analysis and reporting, this role helps ensure leadership has the necessary insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved profitability. The person in this role will contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Planning: Assist with the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Analysis: Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Modeling: Develop financial models to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
• Guidance: Partner with department managers to monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role, with experience using ERP systems.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
