What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning & Budgeting: Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across assigned business areas.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze project financial performance and recommend improvements to business outcomes.
• Variance Reporting: Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers impacting results.
• Stakeholder Presentations: Present financial information and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience, with a focus on supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting activities.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate recommendations effectively; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; strong curiosity regarding the financial impact on business performance.
• Bonus: CPA or equivalent certification (or eligibility); experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, Cognos, or SAP; experience automating reporting processes and improving data visualization capabilities; experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; experience presenting financial information to leaders and business stakeholders.
