• Mission: To support financial management, procurement, data integrity, and project execution within the Anesthesia department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Grant Budget Management: Provide support for activities related to externally funded projects, including the development and maintenance of grant budgets and detailed expense tracking.
• Procurement & Operations Coordination: Coordinate all purchasing activities, support the acquisition and allocation of resources, participate in space planning, and identify opportunities to improve business processes for efficiency.
• Data System Management & Reporting: Ensure accuracy of data recording and tracking across applicable clinical, human resource, financial, and supply chain systems, ensuring reports meet departmental decision-making needs.
• Project & Business Plan Support: Provide comprehensive support for the completion of projects and business plans, including conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and summarizing recommendations.
• Academic & Faculty Affairs Support: Assist in the management of academic and faculty affairs within the department, ensuring that all compliance requirements are successfully met.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Entry-Level career experience.
• Experience: 0+ years of work experience in a related job discipline, demonstrating foundational understanding of financial operations.
• Skills: Grant budget development and maintenance, expense tracking, purchasing coordination, financial data recording and reporting, and data collection and analysis.
• Bonus: Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance.
