The TL;DR
• Role: Associate Attorney
• Location: In-person, Gainesville, GA
• Pay: $90000 yearly
• Team: Works collaboratively with legal team members and paralegals to ensure client goals are met.
• Mission: To provide legal guidance and strategies that protect families’ legacies and instill confidence in their future.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Strategy: Conduct Attorney Engagement Meetings to assess client needs and develop comprehensive strategies for Estate Planning, Medicaid benefits, probate, and guardianship.
• Client Education: Educate clients, answer their questions, and demonstrate compassion to build trust and ensure full understanding of their legal plan.
• Information Management: Gather necessary client details, designations, and referrals, providing these meeting specifics to the assigned Paralegal within 48 hours.
• Caseload Oversight: Manage an assigned caseload with minimal supervision, collaborating with the legal team to achieve client goals within expected timeframes.
• Client Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for client legal questions, meticulously update the CRM system, and follow up to ensure an exceptional client journey.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Attorney admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• Experience: Experience as an attorney.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with appropriate tone and professionalism, strong ethical compass, ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Experience related to Estate Planning, Probate, or Guardianship/Conservatorship. Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins.
