What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
• Modeling: Build financial models designed to evaluate various business scenarios and predict future performance outcomes.
• Analysis: Support profitability analysis for specific programs and across different operational sites.
• Reporting: Analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted expectations, identifying key drivers behind these differences.
• Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other critical financial metrics to inform management decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a financial capacity.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards.
• Skills: Demonstrated interest in developing financial acumen, understanding business impact, and a willingness to learn internal systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
