What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios, contributing to sound financial decision-making.
• Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions to assess viability and risk.
• Transaction Execution: Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure the prompt and effective execution of transactions, facilitating successful deal closures.
• Project Support: Provide essential assistance in the day-to-day management and execution of deals and projects, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategic recommendations and identify new opportunities.

• Background: This role requires a professional at the Senior Associate or Vice President career level. Candidates should possess core domain knowledge in Investment Banking, specifically within the Healthcare Services sector. This specialization ensures alignment with the firm’s core business focus.
• Experience: A minimum of 4+ Years of Investment Banking experience is essential.
