• Mission: Provide guidance and assistance to account teams and clients using financial decision-making tools, and effectively represent the Financial Benefits Consulting team’s core services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Collect all required data and materials for the successful completion of various projects, under the direction and supervision of team leaders.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze client data from carriers to provide recommendations to account management teams or clients, specifically to aid in negotiating rates and funding levels effectively.
• Deliverable Management: Prepare, analyze, and consult on various client deliverables, adhering to the defined scope of services of the Financial Benefits Consulting team.
• Contract Review: Competently and independently review contract documents, including SPDs, administrative agreements, claim exclusions, and limitations, to determine their impact on financial reports.
• Carrier Coordination: Coordinate with carrier underwriting and report teams, adapting to their differences, regarding the planning, timelines, and formatting of data needed for requested reports and projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, Entry-Level in a field related to finance or actuarial science.
• Experience: 0 years of related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office is required.
• Skills: Data collection and analysis, utilization of financial decision-making tools, contract document review, report preparation, and effective communication regarding financial benefits consulting services.
