• Mission: Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service Delivery: Assist Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) in delivering their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Operational Support: Provide backup coverage for Client Service Associate responsibilities such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions, and accepting or entering client orders.
• Business Development: Execute administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies at the direction of the FA/PWA/team, including support for conferences, webinars, websites, social media, and email connectivity.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare and review various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients and assist with research using firm-approved systems.
• Technical Compliance: Maintain current knowledge of all firm policies, procedures, and new platforms, while also managing technical policy, standards, presentation materials, and performance measurement for technically advanced accounts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A minimum of five years of experience in a field relevant to the position, coupled with foundational knowledge in financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Experience: Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) licenses are required.
• Skills: Technical proficiency with new and updated platforms, including expert knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and internet applications. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills, demonstrating strong time management and the ability to multi-task.
• Bonus: A four-year college degree or professional certification is preferred, and a willingness to obtain the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus. Additional product licenses may also be required.
