The Tone:
This is an early career graduate program at LCL, located in VILLEJUIF, Île-de-France, FR. LCL’s Business, Institutional, and Wealth Management Bank serves a diverse client base, from companies with over €7 million in turnover to the largest national and international groups and their executives. This banking division is a leader in corporate finance for small and midcap segments, advising clients on a full spectrum of projects including operational and investment needs, high-balance sheet operations, acquisitions, structured financing, and international development. This structured and selective program aims to cultivate the bank’s future managers and experts, playing a critical role in supporting LCL’s strategic development and meeting evolving client demands.

• Mission: Become a corporate finance expert and future manager within LCL’s Business Bank through an intensive two-year program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Structured Finance: Undertake a mandatory six-month mission deeply embedded in structured financing, gaining practical experience in complex financial arrangements.
• Client Coverage: Complete a mandatory second six-month mission within the Coverage division, working closely with an Advisory Banker to understand client relationships and strategic financial advice.
• Business Management: Fulfill the functions of a Business Manager (Chargé d’Affaires Entreprises) for six months within the Enterprise Network, operating directly on the front lines with clients to address their specific business challenges and needs.
• Tailored Assignment: Engage in a personalized “à la carte” mission for six months, adapted to your professional project and interests, which may include diverse areas such as the trading floor, sustainable finance, or business intelligence.
• Professional Development: Participate in comprehensive training sessions throughout the program, focusing on both the development of expert corporate finance skills and essential soft skills to prepare for future leadership roles.
• Mentorship & Networking: Benefit from continuous personalized support and guidance from a dedicated Mentor, a director from the Business Bank, while building a powerful professional network with inspiring talents and experienced managers across LCL.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree. Entry-Level. Applicants must be recent graduates from a top university, a leading business school, or an engineering school (Programme Grande Ecole).
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, as this program is designed for young graduates.
• Skills: A clear aspiration for an impactful career and a strong desire to work within a stimulating financial environment.
