What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Consolidation: Consolidate diverse data from multiple sources to prepare comprehensive inputs for weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Reporting Enhancement: Improve existing reporting structures and processes to boost scalability, introduce automation, and enhance overall usability for various stakeholders.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze Go-to-Market (GTM) performance metrics in detail, identifying significant trends, potential risks, and promising growth opportunities.
• Planning Support: Provide essential support for forecasting and planning processes by delivering accurate and data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure meticulous data accuracy and strategic alignment across all initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position; currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Requires prior internship experience obtained specifically within Accounting or Finance departments.
• Skills:
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in data handling and report generation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong skills in Excel and Word for data manipulation and documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to strategically leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate critical insights, improve documentation, and automate repetitive tasks.
* Strong ability to prioritize workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
* Good oral and written communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate effectively with teams.
