Fellowship Analyst (Finance) | Cydecor, Inc.

The Tone:

The company provides business intelligence to enable decision-support for national security challenges. This Fellowship Analyst role offers a unique, year-long opportunity, directly administered by the CEO, to learn diverse company functions and gain exposure to the core operations that ensure mission readiness technology. What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide comprehensive administrative and functional support to the Finance team.
• Develop and enhance Excel models to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance for multi-million-dollar government contracts within Project Controls.
• Gain practical experience in forecasting, financial operations, and exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to understand evaluation and closing processes.
• Manage and safeguard sensitive and confidential financial information with utmost discretion.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assist in the development and management of key opportunity artifacts, templates, and schedules.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, graduated in Spring 2026.
• Experience: A recent college graduate from the Class of 2026 with proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time and project management abilities.
• Skills: A positive, high-performance, and team-centric attitude, coupled with a growth mindset and a desire to learn; strong organizational and inter-personal communication skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite, including robust Excel capabilities.
• Bonus: Relevant internship experience in the Government or national security space, or published articles, reports, or studies authored or co-authored by the applicant.
