What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning efforts.
• Modeling: Build financial models to evaluate various business scenarios and predict future performance.
• Analysis: Support profitability analysis for specific programs and sites to identify key drivers.
• Reporting: Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results and prepare reports on KPIs and financial metrics for decision-making.
• Evaluation: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ROI evaluations for new business initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with an understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance-related capacity.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an interest in developing financial acumen and understanding business impact.
