What You’ll Actually Do
• Caseload Management: Systematically organize and meticulously maintain large litigation caseloads, ensuring all critical documents, correspondence, and evidence are accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible for legal teams.
• Discovery Preparation and Response: Independently prepare and diligently respond to various forms of discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
• Trial Preparation: Conduct comprehensive and detailed preparation for all phases of trial proceedings, which encompasses organizing exhibits, drafting witness and exhibit lists, coordinating witness schedules, and assembling trial binders.
• Trial Assistance: Provide active, hands-on assistance to attorneys and legal teams directly at trial, offering crucial support with technology presentations, real-time document retrieval, jury selection, and other essential in-court needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a litigation paralegal, demonstrating a solid, in-depth knowledge of comprehensive litigation support strategies and effective case management principles.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience specifically as a litigation paralegal is required, with proven proficiency in core areas such as organizing and managing large caseloads, accurately preparing and expertly responding to discovery, conducting thorough trial preparation, and providing direct, impactful assistance at trial.
