What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare financial reporting packages and all associated supporting documentation.
• Analyze: Research and prepare detailed variance analysis and provide clear explanations.
• Reconcile: Reconcile various reports, account balances, and financial data against supporting documents.
• Forecast: Extrapolate and create forecasts or pro-forma statements for financial performance.
• Support: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and develop financial models to support various business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Two to five years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrated understanding of GAAP, proven analytical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Bonus: PeopleSoft experience.
