What You’ll Actually Do
• Report & Dashboard Creation: Develop, maintain, and improve financial and operational reports and dashboards.
• Performance Analysis: Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.
• Planning Support: Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Efficiency Improvement: Analyze KPIs to improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Skills: Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, KPI Analysis.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI and DAX.
