• Pay: $75820–$89200 yearly
• Team: Private Wealth Management Investments, working under the general oversight of an Advisor and supporting Portfolio Manager Partners.
• Mission: Develop and manage client relationships within Private Wealth Management Investments by providing analytical support and identifying growth opportunities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relations: Solicit, develop, manage, and retain client relationships specifically for PWM Investments.
• Skill Development: Hone technical aspects within a specialty area and develop superior client-facing skills needed to become a Portfolio Manager Partner.
• Business Development: Create prospecting strategies and research, manage pipelines, and identify new business opportunities with advisor oversight.
• Financial Analysis: Provide Partners with in-depth analysis of client financial statements utilizing appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials.
• Strategic Recommendations: Recommend financial strategies to prospects and clients to promote growth and enhance relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, focused on investments within a private wealth management context.
• Experience: Up to three years of related experience in a financial or client-facing role.
• Skills: Good knowledge of departmental operations, U.S. Bank products and services, effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong client-facing abilities, well-developed analytical skills, and proficient computer navigation using various software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: Pursuit of professional credentials such as CFP, CFA, or similar is a plus.
