What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research privately held businesses that align with our acquisition criteria.
• Evaluate: Identify and evaluate prospective acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze: Conduct industry, market, and competitive research.
• Organize: Build and maintain acquisition target databases and CRM records.
• Support: Support outreach efforts to business owners and professional advisors.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), corporate development, investment banking, search funds, or small business investing.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Previous internship or professional experience.
