Finance Analyst | Iterative Health

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Model Development: Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate revenue performance, key business metrics, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present monthly reports to key business stakeholders, offering clear insights and transparency into financial performance.
• Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making across the business.
• Infrastructure & Forecast: Enhance forecast accuracy through deep understanding of financial and operational drivers and strengthen financial infrastructure and reporting processes.
• Partnership & KPIs: Foster strong collaboration between finance and business partners, working with operational teams to define department-level KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, with a demonstrated interest in corporate finance and business operations.
• Experience: 2–3 years in investment banking, consulting, or a corporate finance / FP&A role at a high-growth startup, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey financial insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bonus: Prior experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) or relevant certification (e.g., working towards CFA certification).
