What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Support: Support end-to-end M&A transaction processes, including target screening, financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and execution.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis, sector research, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
• Material Preparation: Prepare high-quality pitch materials, information memoranda, and financial models for internal and client review.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients, management teams, and market participants to support relationship-building and deal origination.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to internal strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and sector knowledge development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, or top-tier consulting.
• Skills: Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets. Intellectual curiosity and proactivity, with a strong aptitude for challenging work environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across stakeholders.
