This Strategic Finance Principal position is critical to leading high-priority financial projects that drive rapid growth, guide corporate strategy, and create long-term value, directly influencing company-wide decision making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Strategy: Drive global revenue strategy by defining pricing structures, optimizing go-to-market approaches, and aligning incentives across all product segments.
• Deal Negotiation: Support high-stakes deal negotiations by developing rigorous financial modeling and acting as a strategic thought partner to the Partnerships, Growth, and Operations teams to streamline business processes.
• Corporate Development: Work on corporate and business development initiatives, including managing financings, evaluating M&A opportunities, and forming strategic partnerships.
• Performance Metrics: Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately guide leadership and support business-wide decision-making.
• Executive Communication: Develop comprehensive, executive-ready materials for board meetings, investor updates, and critical strategic initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a sophisticated understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience gained in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, strategic finance, corporate finance, or FP&A roles.
• Skills: Demonstrate exceptional Excel and financial modeling abilities, strong analytical skills, and clear communication capabilities.
