Analyst, Investments | Link Logistics

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Link Logistics. This Investment Analyst (Dispositions) role is crucial for supporting the Investments team in underwriting, evaluating, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone’s US Industrial Portfolio, providing a strong foundation for a career in real estate investment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze, underwrite, evaluate, and execute potential disposition opportunities across Link’s national portfolio using financial models.
• Research: Conduct market research and track key trends, including lease and sale comparables, to support investment decisions.
• Presentation: Prepare models and materials for internal review and Blackstone’s Review Committee.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts for awarded deals, including document review, financial validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Execution: Support the Dispositions team with transaction execution, including marketing materials and closing coordination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required by June 2026 or earlier, demonstrating strong academic performance and a clear interest in real estate or investment analysis.
• Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in finance, banking, investments, or related fields, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus Enterprise (AE).
• Skills: Solid understanding of core financial concepts such as time value of money, return on investment, and discounted cash flow; strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and high attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines from a top-tier university; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment; self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in a team setting; understands and anticipates internal and external customer needs; applies creative thinking to solve business problems; takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers on commitments; and actively seeks opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
