What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Analyze, underwrite, evaluate, and execute disposition opportunities across Link’s national portfolio using Argus and Excel-based financial models.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and track key trends, including lease and sale comparables, to support investment decisions.
• Material Preparation: Prepare financial models and disposition materials for internal review and Blackstone’s Review Committee.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts for awarded deals, including document review, financial validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Transaction Support: Assist the Dispositions team with transaction execution, including marketing materials and closing coordination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required by June 2026 or earlier in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines from a top-tier university, with strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in real estate or investment analysis.
• Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in finance, banking, investments, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus Enterprise (AE).
• Skills: Solid understanding of financial concepts such as time value of money, return on investment, and discounted cash flow; strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy in work; and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in a team setting; understands and anticipates internal and external customer needs; works effectively across teams and departments; applies creative thinking to solve business problems; takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers on commitments; seeks opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
