Main Capital Partners is a specialized software investor, managing private equity funds totaling approximately EUR 12.0 billion in Assets under Management. With over 20 years of experience, we focus on strengthening software companies across the Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics, and North America. Our mission is to be a strategic partner, working closely with management teams to achieve profitable growth and build larger, international software groups.

Our collaborative culture thrives across approximately 100 employees, situated in offices in The Hague, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Antwerp, Paris, and an affiliate office in Boston. We actively support a portfolio of over 55 software companies, collectively employing around 15,000 professionals.
