What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Operations: Oversee the daily functioning of the Boston office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• HR Administration: Coordinate recruiting logistics, facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, and support HR-related administrative processes.
• Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of internal and external events, including team celebrations, executive visits, and client meetings.
• Facility & Vendor Management: Manage office facilities, workplace services, office supplies, kitchen operations, and maintain vendor relationships.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Manager. Core domain knowledge in office management, executive support, HR, workplace operations, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently; Professionalism and discretion with confidential information; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
