Investment Analyst Senior | Endeavor Health
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Endeavor Health, located in Evanston, IL or Arlington Heights, IL. Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system comprising over 25,000 team members and 6,000 physicians, serving more than 4.2 million residents across six counties. This role is integral to the Investment Office, which oversees $8+ billion in investment assets, working closely with the Board, Investment Committee, and internal management to maintain a top-tier investment team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead investment diligence for manager recommendations, analyzing performance, market/sector trends, and conducting reference calls, particularly for private equity, real estate, and infrastructure funds.
• Pursue new investment themes by conducting market mapping, facilitating manager introductions, and participating in diligence trips to conferences or onsite meetings.
• Analyze co-investment opportunities and assist in the preparation of detailed deal review materials for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor existing investments and asset classes through manager update calls, annual meeting attendance, and evaluating quarterly materials and research reports.
• Maintain comprehensive quantitative and qualitative profiles of investment managers and support portfolio reporting by developing and maintaining exposure and commitment pacing models.
• Collaborate closely with the internal investment operations diligence team to ensure appropriate assessment and monitoring of investment manager operational risks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required, with preferred fields of study including economics, social sciences, mathematical sciences, engineering, computer science, or business.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with strongest candidates typically possessing 2-6 years, from organizations such as fund of funds, endowments/foundations, pension funds, investment management firms, or investment consulting/OCIO firms.
• Skills: Investment manager sourcing and diligence experience, particularly in private equity and/or co-investments; ability to independently develop and defend investment recommendations; in-depth knowledge of capital markets; strong writing, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bonus: Master of Business Administration (MBA); Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, or progress toward certification; experience with third-party database/analysis providers such as eVestment, InvestmentMetrics, Pitchbook, and Preqin.
