What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Develop investment recommendations based on in-depth fundamental research on public companies.
• Monitoring: Proactively identify new investment opportunities and monitor assigned sectors.
• Due Diligence: Evaluate third-party investment managers through comprehensive research, meetings, and performance analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memos and present research findings to the broader investment team.
• Portfolio Support: Track portfolio holdings, monitor ongoing performance, and provide analytical support for portfolio management activities, including trade execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, focused on investment analysis.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in equity research, asset management, or investment analysis roles.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency; excellent analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
• Bonus: Progress toward the CFA charter or an MBA; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar investment research platforms.
