Finance Internship Program – Summer 2027 | Capital One

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Insights: Drive new insights and efficiencies through project-based work using data visualization tools and data manipulation/modeling skills.
• Analysis: Analyze key business drivers such as customer and asset volume, attrition, losses, and margins.
• Forecasting: Improve forecasting models through the analysis of key business trends.
• Reporting: Assist in the filing of externally reported financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expected completion of your most recent full-time degree program by July 2028 or earlier. You must be continuing in the same course of study following the internship. Capital One will not sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or offer immigration-related support for this position.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in financial management, technology aptitude, and digital learning.
• Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering. Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
