Branch Operations Intern | Regional Finance

This is an internship at Regional Finance, located in a branch office. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (16–25 hours/week)
• Location: In-person, a Branch office

• Team: Reports to Branch Manager
• Mission: To assist in developing the branch’s business, learn the consumer finance business, and prepare to manage a branch office.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Complete the required training program within the specified timeframe.
• Customer Education: Educate customers on personal loan product offerings to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Delinquency Management: Work with past-due customers to arrange payments and assist in maintaining delinquency reduction standards.
• Business Development: Execute business plans for outbound solicitation to former customers and offer additional loan products to current customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled full-time as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited college program.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required, but previous work experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Skills: Computer literacy, above-average communication skills, customer service orientation, proven ability to multi-task, and a sales mentality.
• Bonus: Major in a Business-related program, willingness to relocate for career advancement, and a valid Driver’s License with access to a dependable automobile and liability insurance coverage.
