• Team: Advisor Trainee in Global Private Bank, working with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists, and collaborating with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams.
• Mission: Deliver wealth management solutions and foster client relationships across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil by understanding unique client needs and tailoring approaches to exceed expectations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Strategy: Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists, learning about the business and clients while building individual expertise.
• Research and Analysis: Work with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
• Professional Development: Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events to grow your professional network.
• Solution Delivery: Help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering suitable solutions and services across industry-leading investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027; demonstrated cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends; desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity.
• Bonus: Highly driven and enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions; excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask; highly inquisitive, focused, and pro-active with good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
