What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Research and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Analyze: Lead financial and strategic analysis of M&A opportunities, including valuation, modeling, and scenario planning.
• Execute: Support end-to-end transaction execution, covering sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-merger integration.
• Model: Build and maintain detailed, long-range financial models to support corporate strategy, partnerships, and key business initiatives.
• Collaborate: Partner with business leaders, finance, legal, and strategy teams to ensure integrated decision-making across transactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in investment banking or private equity, plus corporate development or strategic finance experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Skills: Strong expertise in three-statement financial modeling, valuation methodologies, corporate finance principles, and proven experience executing M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or software business models, an interest in technology and/or real estate, and comfort using modern AI tools to enhance financial analysis and M&A workflows.
